Accessibility Ambassadors: Accessible email in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
This session will focus on sending mass emails in Marketing Cloud at the University of Minnesota. Ben Peck from University Marketing Communications will preview the new, more responsive and more accessible branded template. Ben will go over what has changed and how to start using it with your established messages and new messages going forward.
We will also discuss how to request Litmus testing (z.umn.edu/litmus) for your messages. Litmus allows you to preview your email across multiple devices and platforms as well as check for accessibility issues. Testing is always recommended when making major changes to an email.
Ben Peck is a digital communications specialist in University Marketing Communications and has been developing, testing and sending mass emails for eight years. He has been involved with digital accessibility for even longer.
