Requesting new player installations
- To request a new player install and a quote, contact one of the U-wide contract Audio Visual Equipment, Supplies & Service vendors.
- For Ethernet installation, contact the Office of Information Technology.
- For power installation, contact Facilities Management.
Once the quotes are accepted, fill out a New Digital Signage Request and we will assist with the player purchase and channel creation.
Requesting support for existing players
If you have support needs for a player or channel, reach out to the digital signage admins first by submitting a ticket. If we are unable to assist you, we will recommend one of the U-wide contract vendors.
